An SSL Certificate is used to encrypt the information with between your internet browser and our website, so that malicious parties cannot intercept what you are typing into our site.
This level of security is used by banks and anywhere that may store sensitive data.
Our particular Green Bar is from Geotrust, provides strong 256-bit encryption, and is the Extended Validation True BusinessID variety, which means we have had Geotrust verify that Airport Transfer Solutions Pty Ltd (Corporate Transfer Solutions is a registered business name) is a legitimate company, in good standing with various governing bodies.
Weekly Scanning with Trust-Guard : Protecting our site from vulnerabilities
Our weekly PCI scanning is a PCI Compliance measure that ensures we are vigilant on keeping our site secure for your peace of mind.
Even though we don’t store credit card details (we use outside providers and you transact with them directly), it is important to us that you know we are actively working to keep your data safe.
Extra Security for WordPress with BPS Pro
We use WordPress for our websites, and because WordPress has so many uses and a very involved inner working, we choose to use a third part security plugin by AIT-Pro.com, called the Bulletproof Security Plugin, arguably the best security plugin for WordPress.
Using this plugin allows us to lock down our WordPress websites in a multitude of ways by fixing any inherent vulnerabilities within the WordPress CMS itself.
